Entering the first year of Queen's Commerce, students must demonstrate superior academic ability, proven leadership qualities and financial need and must be involved in school/community activities.
Students' permanent family residence must be in 1 of the Atlantic Provinces.
Additional Information
The Major Admission Award (MAA) application must be submitted online through the Queen’s SOLUS Student Centre. Students are encouraged to submit their Queen’s admission application through the OUAC by November 15 so as to allow enough time to gain access to SOLUS and submit the online MAA application by the December 8 deadline.
A practice MAA application is available on the Student Awards website to assist students in preparing their responses in advance of the deadline.
Recipients will generally receive 1 scholarship of the highest value.
