- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or have protected person or refugee status.
- Be registered full time in a direct-entry faculty or in the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section.
- Fulfill the admission requirements of the faculty in question (Arts, Engineering, Health Sciences, Science, Social Sciences, Telfer School of Management or the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section).
- Have an admission average between 85% and 100%.
The amount varies from $1,000 to $3,000 according to the grid below:
- 95-100% - $3,000
- 90-94.9% - $2,000
- 85-89.9% - $1,000
