- Be admitted as a first year full-time undergraduate student at the University of Ottawa.

- Have graduated from a high school in the National Capital Region, Eastern Ontario (Pembroke to Cornwall to Hawkesbury), Northern Ontario or Gatineau/West Quebec within the last 3 years.
Additional Information
Recipients must be registered as a mentee in a campus mentorship program. A report outlining the mentorship activity is required after each academic year.
