- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person of protected/refugee status.
- Meet the admission requirements of the faculty concerned (Arts, Engineering, Health Sciences, Science, Social Sciences, Telfer School of Management or the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section).
- Be registered full time, and for the first time, in an undergraduate program and have a minimum of 12 credits in French per session.
- Claim the scholarship within 3 years from the date of the nomination.
- Not be registered to another university before your admission at the University of Ottawa.
- Come from a high school from one of the following school boards:
- CÉP de l'Est de l'Ontario;
- CSDC du Centre-Est de l'Ontario; ou
- CSDC de l'Est ontarien.
