Open to full-time undergraduate students in year 1 who attended a Catholic high school in Waterloo Region and who have demonstrated participation in athletic activities and proven financial need. If no recipients from the Separate Board are eligible, consideration will be given to students from the Public Board within the Waterloo Region.
