Coût de résidence

Approximately $14,698 – $15,898. Includes unlimited meal plan, a fridge in each room, laundry, student activity fee, Wi-Fi and all utilities. Note: These fees are for 2024-2025. Updated fees for 2025-2026 will be available in 2025. Fees include 2 terms.

Garantie de résidence

Once you apply to St. Jerome's/Waterloo, you're automatically eligible to live in residence. To guarantee your spot, all you need to do is:

  • accept your Offer of Admission by 11:59 pm (ET) on June 1, 2025, and
  • submit a Residence Guarantee Application Form and a $500 non-refundable deposit by 11:59 pm (ET) on June 1, 2025, and
  • meet any conditions outlined in your Offer of Admission.

Conrad Grebel University College is not part of the residence guarantee and has a separate application and procedure.

Plan de repas

All-you-can-eat comprehensive meal plan with snack nights, food programming, access to cafeteria and evening do-it-yourself pantry and consideration for special diets. The meal plan cost is included in your residence fees.

You will recieve acknowledgement and information about the next steps either from St. Jerome's University, Campus Housing, or the individual University College residence where you were placed.

If you would like to live in residence, first-year students can live in the St. Jerome's residence, 1 of the main Campus Housing residences, or in 1 of the 3 other University College residences.
