New Programs

Computer Science International Double Degree provides students with the opportunity to study both at Brock and abroad at the University of Portsmouth in England.
Kinesiology International Double Degree provides students with the opportunity to study both at Brock and abroad at the University of Portsmouth in England.
Concurrent Bachelor of Recreation and Leisure Studies (BRLS) (Honours) and Bachelor of Education (BEd) Junior/Intermediate provides students with an overview of the potential environmental, health, social and economic benefits that can be achieved through recreation and leisure services and outdoor education. In 6 years, students will complete both the BRLS and BEd degrees. The teachable subject will be Health and Physical Education.
Concurrent Bachelor of Arts Educational Studies (Honours) and BEd Junior/Intermediate provides students with an overview of the broad field of education. The program reinforces the idea that education is intimately tied to society and occurs in a wide variety of settings. Students can choose 1 teachable subject from:
- Dramatic Arts
- English (first language)
- French (second language)
- Geography
- History
- Mathematics
- Music (vocal)
- Science - General
- Visual Arts
Bachelor of Therapeutic Recreation (BTR) (Honours) is dedicated to ensuring all individuals, regardless of ability, have access to meaningful leisure in their lives.

Program Changes

The BA in Applied Linguistics has been renamed BA in Pre-Professional Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
The Interactive Arts and Science program has been renamed Interactive Arts and Digital Media.
The Studies in Arts and Culture program has been renamed Arts Leadership.
The Oenology and Viticulture program has been renamed Applied Grape and Wine Science.

Basic Requirements for Admission

Ontario high school students must present the OSSD and complete six 4U/M courses. All required courses will be included in the calculation of your overall admission average.

Failed and Repeated Courses

We will consider the higher grade of the 2 attempts.

Timing and Process for Admission Decisions

We will begin to issue a select number of offers in December and will continue to make offers of admission through to May. Scholarship and co-op offers will accompany offers of admission.

A select number of offers are issued in December and are based on a combination of Grade 11 and Grade 12 results. To be eligible for an early offer, you must have 1 final Grade 12 result at the 4U/M level and 5 Grade 11 U/M level credits. Averages are in the high 80s or 90s.

The first major round of admission offers to Ontario applicants is in February. Admission averages are calculated using a minimum 3 first-semester 4U/M finals, with registration in 3 additional 4U/M credits, including prerequisites. If you are in a non-semestered school, we will use 6 midterm grades at the 4U/M level, including prerequisites.

The final round of admission offers happens in May. If you do not receive an offer in February, or if you are still in studies and received an alternate program offer, we will automatically reassess you for eligibility for your preferred program in May. We will continue to make offers based on final grades, as well as summer school grades, provided space in programs is available.

You can expect to receive an offer of admission to only 1 program. Your highest choice listed for Brock is considered first when more than 1 Brock program is indicated on your application. If you are not eligible for the first choice, consideration will be given to subsequent choices in the order of preference you indicated. If you apply to only 1 Brock program and do not qualify, in most cases, consideration will be given for an alternative and related program. In most cases if you apply for, but are not admitted to a co-op program, you will automatically be considered for the regular, non co-op program.

Any letters and/or supporting documentation should clearly articulate how the special circumstances have impacted your academic performance.

Provides a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment for Aboriginal students and visitors to our campus.
Assists all Aboriginal students, including First Nations, Métis and Inuit, make the transition to the Brock community, and provides support and resources to enhance academic success and cultural identity.

International Student Services

Offers assistance to all international students at Brock through one-on-one appointments, webinars, virtual events and more.
Provides guidance through all stages of applying to Brock, travelling to Canada and making the most of life on campus.

Learning Services

Offers online interactive skill tutorials on academic writing, grammar, numeracy and science that engage you through video, examples and game-like exercises. Includes modules that provide you with the fundamental skills needed for successful academic writing and mathematical operations.
Free Academic-Zone that provides academic support to help you achieve your full potential in university and beyond (non-credit, registration required).
Free workshops that support academic learning and study skills (non-credit, registration required).
Tutoring (fees apply, non-credit, registration required).

Mathematics Learning Centre

Free, drop-in help for students registered in first-year math courses.
Discuss questions about course concepts or material with course-specific teaching assistants, who are available at select times each week.

Coût de résidence

Residence costs are based on building style and whether the room is single or double occupancy. For 2025–26, residence costs ranged from $8,590 to $10,720. These costs are subject to change for the 2026–27 academic year.

Types de chambre

We offer residences in 3 styles: Traditional, Semi-suite and Townhouse.

Traditional-style and Semi-suite style residences have both single and double rooms grouped into communities of “houses” or “halls” of 40 to 60 students. Washroom facilities are shared.

Townhouse-style residences offer the convenience of on-campus living with a more independent lifestyle. You will share a unit with 2, 3 or 4 other students and have the option to cook your own meals.

Commodités

All residences are close to the main buildings on campus. Several rooms are designed to accommodate those with mobility devices.

Residence fees include utilities, local telephone and network connections.

Brock is pleased to guarantee a space in residence to full-time undergraduate students in any year of study who apply and pay the residence application fee by June 1, 2026. The guarantee does not apply to Brock Suites which continues to be first come, first served.

Plan de repas

Students living in residence will purchase a meal plan with meal plan options based on your assigned residence. Students living in Brock Suites or off campus may also purchase a full or voluntary meal plan. All-access meal plans for residence students will consist of 3 components — all-access, dining dollars and flex dollars. The all-access meal portion provides unlimited dining options within our 2 Fresh Food Company eateries and the dining and flex dollars components allow for purchases at familiar brands like Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Pita Pit and Pizza Pizza.

All-access meal plans provide the ultimate campus dining value, flexibility and convenience. Dine in our 2 newly renovated all-you-care-to-eat campus Fresh Food Company dining halls in both DeCew and Lowenberger. You can enjoy unlimited meals either 5 or 7 days a week. A 5-Day All-Access plan is valid Monday to Friday.

The 5-Day All-Access plan is available for $6,030 and the 7-Day All-Access plan costs $6,400.
