Offres d'admission
Basic Requirements for Admission
Ontario high school students who seek admission to King's in September 2025 must present the Ontario Secondary School Diploma and include a minimum of six 4U/M courses, including ENG4U. Other 4U/M courses may be required for admission, depending on the program.
Failed and Repeated Courses
If you fail and repeat a course or you choose to upgrade a particular course, King's will use the higher of the 2 grades presented when calculating the admission average.
Timing and Process for Admission Decisions
King's will extend offers of admission, scholarships, and residence to students with strong academic transcripts beginning in November and continuing into late May as more grades are received. You must be enrolled in or have completed prerequisite courses for your programs of choice. If you fall below the required average for admission and provide an Applicant Profile that describes extenuating circumstances and extracurricular activities, you will be considered on these grounds in mid-May.
Admission averages are based on the best six 4U/M marks, including required courses. If you do not meet the minimum requirements for admission to your requested program, you will be offered admission to an alternative program if you are qualified.
Offres alternatives
If you applied to Childhood and Youth Studies and your admission average is below what is required for admission, you will automatically be considered for the Faculty of Arts or the Faculty of Social Science, if you meet the required average.
