- Be admitted as a full-time undergraduate student in a Bachelor in Software Engineering program at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Ottawa.
- Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa.
- Be in good academic standing.
