  • Have been admitted full time in the first year at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) at the University of Ottawa with a minimal average of 80%;
  • be an Ontario resident as per OSAP;
  • demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa;
  • be a well-rounded individual and have computer skills; and
  • intend to enter a co-op program at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
