- Be a resident of a province of Canada other than Ontario.
- Be admitted as a full-time student to the French-language B.Com program at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa.
- Have completed their high school education in French, attended a Cégep or the equivalent.
- Take a minimum of 9 credits in French per term.
- Have obtained the highest admission average.

No application is required for this scholarship.
Renewal criteria: These scholarships are granted for 4 years, on the condition that the student maintains a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.0 or higher at the end of each academic year, remains a full-time student and takes at least 9 credits in French per term at the Telfer School of Management. If the student does not meet these renewal requirements for a given academic year, the scholarship will be cancelled.
