1. Be registered full-time for the first time in an undergraduate program.
2. Have a minimum admission average of 85%.
3. Have participated in the Enrichment Mini-Courses Program at either the University of Ottawa, Carleton University, la Cité Collégiale or St-Paul University.

2. Submit the Curriculum Vitae created on Online Scholarships and Bursaries including details of their curricular and extracurricular activities (volunteering and community involvement).
