The applicant must:
- be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or have protected person or refugee status or an international student;
- have applied for admission in the English or French JD program at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section; and
- demonstrate financial need as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa.
