Bourses et prix

Offres d'admission

Basic Requirements for Admission

All Ontario high school applicants are required to present six 4U/M courses, including ENG4U and all prerequisites.

Failed and Repeated Courses

While recognizing that there may be valid reasons to repeat a course, the U of T reserves the right to give preference to students whose marks are the result of a single attempt at each course.

Timing and Process for Admission Decisions

Depending on the faculty, the program of study, the campus and your academic record, conditional offers of admission based on final 3U/M and interim or final 4U/M results will be made during admission rounds occurring between mid-February and late May. Offers will be made subject to space availability.

All offers of admission are conditional upon final results and completing the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

If your academic record has been negatively affected by extenuating circumstances, and your academic performance is below the usual requirements, you will have the opportunity to explain those circumstances. The University of Toronto may take this explanation into consideration during the admission process.

First-Year Opportunities in the Faculty of Arts & Science

When you are a first-year student in the Faculty of Arts & Science, you open the door to many amazing academic opportunities. Large-scale lectures offer a dynamic experience and can be supported with tutorials or labs. Smaller, more intimate courses can help you build relationships with professors and peers early on in your academic career.

Health & Wellness

We provide a range of health services for your physical and mental health, wellness programs and information to help support you in achieving your personal and academic goals.

Math Learning Centre

To assist first-year students in their mathematical studies, the Department of Mathematics provides drop-in centres for all Arts & Science students. Tutors will be available for math assistance on a one-on-one basis. All services are free of charge to registered Arts & Science students.

Orientation, Transition & Engagement

During your first week on campus, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of events designed to help you become familiar with the programs and services that the University of Toronto offers. It's also a fun way to get involved and meet new people.

Preparing for University Math Program (PUMP)

PUMP offers 2 non-credit courses run by the Department of Mathematics on the St. George campus of the University of Toronto. Our experienced instructors are excited about mathematics and willing to address all questions with an earnest desire to deepen your understanding and help train you to think.

Types de chambre

Gender-inclusive dormitory and apartment-style residences offering single, double and triple rooms. Single-gender floors are available.

Commodités

Residence rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, chair, a shelving unit or closet, and most allow you to bring a mini-fridge.

Each residence has its own intramural teams, events, governance, clubs and dining options, as well as an active program.

Other residence programming includes talent shows, music clubs, debates teams, workshops on healthy habits, spa nights, athletic competitions and much more!

Garantie de résidence

Residence is guaranteed for all new full-time students entering their first year of a postsecondary program for the first time, provided that they have indicated their interest in residence by completing the U of T Residence Portal application by March 31, and receive and accept an offer of admission by June 3.

Students must respond to all deadlines and meet all deposit requirements in order to maintain their eligibility.
