The following is required:
- Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate
All students admitted to the Aeronautics Leadership Program must meet Transport Canada medical requirements to begin their flight training. You must receive a Medical Category 1 prior to receiving a final acceptance. - Transport Canada Formal Aviation Language Proficiency Demonstration
Non-Canadian citizens or Canadian citizens who have not attended a Canadian high school in English or French, must complete the Transport Canada formal aviation language proficiency demonstration during the admissions process. Students must contact the Coordinator of the Aeronautics Program to set up this test prior to receiving a final acceptance. Canadian citizens who have graduated from a Canadian English- or French-speaking high school are exempt from this test. - Supplementary Application Form
Short essay questions: All applicants who wish to be considered for admission to the Aeronautics Leadership program must complete a supplementary application form. This form will require students to answer 2 short essay questions related to their interest in the program.

To give students options, we often provide Alternate Offers of Admission when students don’t yet qualify for their preferred program choices. Rest assured that we will continue to assess all applications to all program choices as we receive new information (i.e. mid-term grades from 2nd semester, night school and virtual course grades) and as space permits.
