The Faculty of Human Sciences at Saint Paul University offers the Graduate Diploma (GD) in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and a Master of Arts (MA) in Leadership, Ecology and Equity. This degree highlights personal and social transformation, critical analysis and practice-based learning.

Integrating the spiritual, ethical and transformative dimensions of leadership, this program is designed to build leadership capacity for encouraging the personal, social, cultural and systemic change required to meet the challenges of the 21st century. It allows participants to identify and develop their leadership capabilities to become transformative agents within their respective environments.
