This award is granted to students of Aboriginal ancestry with 1 award recipient selected from each of the Provincial Territorial Organizations in Ontario (currently, Nishnabwe-Aski Nation, Ontario Federation of Indian Friendship Centres, Anishinabek Nation, Union of Ontario Indians, Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians, Grand Council Treaty No. 3, Métis Nation of Ontario).
You must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or protected person, and a resident of Ontario who demonstrates financial need. You must also present a minimum admission average of 70%.
Recipients of the award will be required to take part in a mentorship program.
To renew this award, you must register in a minimum of 18 credits per academic year and maintain a sessional grade point average of 6.0 ("B").
