To be eligible for consideration, applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in full-time high school studies (i.e., at least 3 Ontario Grade 12 U/M courses, or Canadian provincial/international equivalents, within the 2026-2027 regular high school year)
- Have been continuously enrolled in full-time high school studies (i.e., no gaps in full-time attendance prior to the 2026-2027 regular high school year)
- Be enrolling in a postsecondary institution for the first time
