Joseph E. Souccar Memorial Award

Granted to full-time undergraduate students entering year 1 of the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program or related double-degree program directly from secondary school. Students in double-degree programs with the University of Waterloo must declare Laurier as their home institution. Candidates must demonstrate financial need. The award will be granted to the student who demonstrates significant volunteer involvement in leadership roles during high school, above and beyond that done in fulfillment of academic requirements. The scholarship is renewable in year 2 of study if the incumbent meets all academic requirements, maintains registration in the same academic program and continues to demonstrate financial need. Annual award; annual amount to be granted is $5,000.
