Hildegard Heutzenroeder (BA '83) Bursary

The Hildegard Heutzenroeder (BA '83) Bursary was started by grandson Thomas Waites (BA '13) who was inspired to create the financial aid opportunity to recognize his Oma's enthusiasm for life long learning. Heutzenroeder, earned her undergraduate degree in psychology as a mature student. The bursary hopes to inspire students who attend Laurier, that continued learning is possible at any age. Eligible candidates are full-time undergraduate students registered in year 1 of any program at Laurier. Candidates must not have entered directly from high school and demonstrate financial need.
