Erich R.W. Schultz Music Award Endowment Fund Entrance Award

Granted annually to a student who is entering year 1 of the full-time Honours Music program who plays a keyboard or stringed instrument. First consideration will be given to applicants who play the organ, followed by those who play the cello and finally by all other keyboard or stringed instruments. An eligible applicant must present a minimum final admission average of 80% or A-, demonstrate financial need, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (landed immigrant) or protected person, and be a long-term resident of Ontario. The award will be granted to the eligible applicant who is judged by the Faculty of Music to show the most promise on their instrument of choice, based on their admission audition.
