Transfer Student Admission Scholarships

Western University

Ten awards, awarded to students in the Fall. These scholarships are awarded to 10 students transferring into an upper year of an undergraduate program at Western's main campus from studies at another post-secondary institution.

Entrance Scholarships for University Transfer Students

Western University – King's University College

The value of the scholarship is determined by the final admissions average. Canadian students who achieve a final average of 80.4%-84.9% will be offered a scholarship of $1,500; a final average of 85.0%-89.9% will be offered a scholarship of $2,000; a final average of 90%+ will be offered a scholarship of $2,500. International students who achieve a final average of 80.4%-84.9% will be offered a scholarship of $2,000; a final average of 85.0%-89.9% will be offered a scholarship of $3,000; a final average of 90%+ will be offered a scholarship of $4,000.

High School Entrance Scholarships

Western University – King's University College

King’s University College offers an unlimited number of entrance scholarships to qualified high school applicants. All students who achieve a final high school average of 82.0-84.9% will be offered a scholarship of $1,500; a final high school average of 85.0%-89.9% will be offered a scholarship of $2,500; a final high school average of 90.0% - 94.9% will be offered a scholarship of $3,000 and students who achieve a final high school average of 95.0% or above will receive a scholarship of $3,500 You may be eligible for a Continuing Scholarship of $1,500 to $2,500 in subsequent years if you maintain an average of 80% or greater.

President's Gold Entrance Scholarship

Wilfrid Laurier University

Domestic: $4,000 in your first year
$12,000 - $16,000 in your upper years ($4,000 per year in years 2 through 4, or 5 for approved 5-year undergraduate programs). International: $6,000 in your first year
$18,000 - $24,000 in your upper years ($6,000 per year in years 2 through 4, or 5 for approved 5-year undergraduate programs). (Renewable)
