Up to 3 awards awarded annually to outstanding graduates of Westview Freedom Academy in Windsor, who have demonstrated financial need with a minimum entering average of 75%. Established in 1998 through the benefaction of Agnes M. Ireland. Students must maintain a minimum cumulative average of 70% after first term, to receive the second term installment. Apply online.
